We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection (the “PDPPL”). Complaints relating to the processing of your personal data may be directed to the Compliance and Data Protection Department at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of the State of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

These Terms are issued in English. If we provide an Arabic translation, the Arabic version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 25 Spaces Real Estate regarding your use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
